Rainbows Day NurseryAt Rainbows we pride ourselves on nurturing every child in our care, this will ensure they feel safe and secure. We hope that with this security, the children are able to have the confidence to learn in a loving environment.
When you visit Rainbows Day Nursery, the first thing you are likely to notice is the welcoming, friendly team and homely environment. It is this unique aspect our parents comment on most and one which we actively encourage. This helps our children feel they are safe, loved and have a strong sense of belonging. From babies up to pre-school, we provide an emotional and physical environment enabling our children to be inquisitive and explore with confidence, safe in the knowledge there is a loving, familiar and trusted adult to help them when they might need it.
Our indoor space has been designed to provide a safe, secure learning environment that reflects how young children play and explore. With spacious, bright and well designed children’s rooms and an accessible, exciting outdoor space for all age groups, we offer our families a secure and stimulating environment where children come first.
We are located within a park so have access to woodland, play park and our own garden. We are located within walking distance of the local train station, bus stops and the local primary school. There is parking available in front of the setting for drop off and collections.
Our Rooms
Our focus first and foremost in all our rooms is to provide a calm and warm environment, but where children feel excited and ready to explore.
The nursery provides children with beautiful rooms with access to our garden, park ,woodland as well as resources, equipment and materials to stimulate and support early learning, creativity and curiosity.
Caterpillars room is for Babies up to the age of 2, we have 6 places with 2 staff members.
Bumblebees room is for Toddlers from age 2 to 3, this room has 8 places with 2 staff.
Our Butterflies room is for Preschool children from 3 and within the room we have our Sunflowers Children who are slightly older and will be moving to school within the same year. This room caters for up to 16 children.
